Send Me the Free Guide

Hi, I'm Elle.

I spent 30 years in health insurance, medical offices, and massage therapy. Then I spent 10 years as my dad's full-time caregiver: single, no kids, and mostly on my own. Wound care, insulin, falls, hospital stays, aides who didn't show up, and finally hospice at home, the way he wanted. He passed at 93.

I'm not gonna sugarcoat it: this is hard. But you don't have to figure it all out alone. This guide is everything I wish someone had handed me at the beginning.

"Taking care of my dad was my honor and my privilege. I just want you to do it a little smarter than I did, and come out the other side still standing."

With love, Elle
